1 ChatGPT 是个 AMA 机器人
AMA 就是 Ask Me Anything 的缩写。
google.com 其实也是 AMA 机器人。
1.1 一个重要的问题清单
拿到任何一个工具，首先需要知道它是什么，能做什么，不能做什么。很有必要过一遍这个相当“系统”的问题清单：
- 这个工具是什么？
- 能用来做什么？
- 怎么用？
- 怎么用更好？
- 怎么用最好？
- 不能用来做什么？
- 界限是什么？
- 局限是什么？
- 风险是什么？
不适合或者干脆不应该问 AMA 机器人的问题：
- 不基于事实的问题；
- 再概括一点点：别人无法知道的问题。
问题的类型：
- 开放型——Open
- 闭合型——Closed
不管什么样的闭合型问题，在后面补上这个句子，就变成了开放型问题。
